The region’s premier high school football all-star game is back!
Long Island will play against New York City in the first National Football Foundation All-Star Classic Football Game on Saturday, June 21, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. at Hofstra University.

Sayville Wins Class A Long Island Baseball Championship
Sayville takes the Class A Long Island championship after beating Wantagh, 1-0, and advances in the New York State tournament.
Next up: they face Section IX champ Marlboro on Saturday, June 7 at 7 p.m. at Middle Country Athletic Complex. Let’s keep the momentum going for Section XI!
Huntington Wins Class A Long Island Girl’s Lacrosse Title
Congratulations to Huntington on winning the Class A Long Island girls’ lacrosse championship! Good luck to them as they continue in the New York State tournament.
Suffolk County Girls Lacrosse Champions Crowned
Congrats to the following schools for winning Suffolk County girls lacrosse championships:

- Class C: Bayport-Blue Point
- Class D: Mattituck-Greenport-Shelter Island

Hills East Wins Large School Suffolk County Boys Tennis Championship
Congrats to Half Hollow Hills East for winning the Suffolk County Large School Boys Tennis Championship!
They will be competing for the Long Island Championship against Syosset. Good luck!

They will play Division for the Long Island/Regional Championship this Saturday, May 31, 2:30 p.m. at neutral site, Longwood.
