In the girls finals, Ward Melville will play Hills and for the boys, Newfield will take on Sayville/BBP/Connetquot. Both start at 4 p.m.

Most Section XI schools are implementing live stream capabilities for their winter sports.

The Section XI girls tennis season will run from March 8 through April 12.
A playoff tournament will take place shortly after the regular season. Check SectionXI.org for pairs/seeds towards mid-April.

High risk sports are back in action in New York state, and that also means the return of Special Olympics Unified Sports.
“A Unified team is, half the students on the team have a disability, and half the students do not,” Special Olympics New York President and SEO Stacey Hengsterman said. “And they play together.”
