Sign Up for 2023 Patriot Run to Honor Thomas Cutinella
Sign up for the annual Patriot Run to honor Shoreham-Wading River’s Thomas Cutinella.
The 2.54-mile race will take place on October 22 at 10 a.m. Wildwood State Park, Wading River, NY.
It is sponsored by the Wildcat Athletic Club.

A full heat alert across Section XI is active on Thursday, September 7 until 6 p.m.
No practices or games are permitted in any sport until after 6 p.m. Stay safe and stay cool.
Dylan Laube Captures National Football Honors
Westhampton Beach alum and senior New Hampshire running back Dylan Laube received a pair of Special Teams Player of the Week honors to open the 2023 football season.
He was feted by Stats Perform as the FedEx Ground FCS National award recipient and CAA Football Conference honoree.
Laube’s nation-leading 229 all-purpose yards included 109 on special teams with a breakdown of 58 on one punt return and 51 on two kickoff returns to help UNH defeat Stonehill College, 51-17, in the Sept. 2 season opener at W.B. Mason Stadium.

Alexa Spallina Ranked as Top Lax Prospect in Class of 2025
Mount Sinai’s Alexa Spallina is carving her lacrosse path, and that journey just got a little more exciting when she was tabbed as the No. 1 lax prospect for the Class of 2025 when the National Lacrosse Federation rankings dropped last week.
Spallina is the latest to carry on the Spallina lacrosse legacy after her three older brothers, who are playing at Syracuse, and her dad, the head women’s lacrosse coach at Stony Brook. Her Uncle Brian is also a Professional Lacrosse Hall of Famer.
